Thank you for your interest in being a FOOD Vendor for Winter Fest 2023 at The Lighthouse (101 E Erie Ave)!

This is a family friendly light show that will feature a state of the art walk through light show, music, snacks, games and more! We invite you to come sell your FOOD to the community!

Winter Fest will occur from 5pm to 9pm on the Following Dates:

– Saturday, December 2nd
– Saturday, December 9th
– Saturday, December 16th
– Saturday, January 6th

Food Vendors must register for each day they would like to attend and pay a $50 for each day. Food Vendors  can start setting up their stations no earlier than 3:45pm. We will not allow food vendors onto the property after 4:30pm. Vendors must register for each day they would like to attend and pay a $25 for each day. Vendors can start setting up their stations no earlier than 3:45pm. We will not allow vendors onto the property after 4:30pm (the event opens to the public at 4pm). Vendors who arrive after 4:30pm will not be let in and have to forfeit their payment. Vendors must clean up all of their belongings, throw away all of their trash and be off the property by 9:30pm. Vendors are expected to bring their own tables and chairs if needed. 

Food Vendors must respect all Lighthouse Staff and follow their directions, especially with parking. Vendors who do not comply to the simple parking rules set forth or who mistreat Lighthouse staff will be asked to leave and not be inivted back for fture events. If said Food Vendor is not selling out of a food truck, they must unload all of their goods and materials and park their vehicles where indicated by Lighthouse Staff.

SPACE IS LIMITED

Vendors who commit to attending all 4 sessions will be given a $50 discount (so $150 instead of $200). To do this you would register for the first four sessions and then reach out to sports@lighthouse.1893 so we can add you to the 5th session and waive your payment. Please note you cannot say you are coming to all 5 sessions and then bail.
