Thank you for your interest in Volunteer at The Lighthouse October Fest While the event is open to the public from 5pm to 9pm and Barn Night doors open 6:30pm-11:00pm! We ask volunteers to come in at the following times. See dates and times below. Each volunteer will be provided a T-Shirt but should dress weather appropriately.

October 17th -Time: 5:30PM – 11:00PM- Friday At The Barn (21 plus event)

October 18th- Time: 4:00 pm – 9:00pm- Trivia Night & Pumpkin Bake Off

October 24th – Time: 4:00pm- 9:00pm- Zombie Bash: A Night to DIS-member

October 30th – Time: 5:00pm – 9:00pm- 25th Police District & Lighthouse Haunted Hayride

October 31st- Time: 4:00pm – 9:00pm- Trunk or Treat Halloween Celebration

All volunteers are required to obtain ALL of the following clearances in order to be eligible to volunteer. When registering for these clearances, make sure to select “volunteer” where applicable. These must be completed and email to sports@lighthouse1893.org ASAP with the Subject Line: “October Fest Volunteer ’25 – First Name. Last Name.”

3. National Sex Offender Registry (NSOR)
Please complete the attached form. Once completed please submit it as directed on the form. Results will be mailed to you. Please scan and send via email using the instructions above.
